Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy was most recently updated on May 22, 2023.

As the founder and teacher of MySpiritBook Healing School registered in France, I require all clients to acknowledge and agree to my cancellation policy.

By booking any courses, workshops, retreats, healing sessions, guided meditations, or any other products or services with me or MySpiritBook Healing School, registering as a member on my website, or signing up for our newsletter, you are agreeing to the terms of my cancellation policy.

I, Tamás Pataki, founder and teacher of MySpiritBook Healing School, require clients to provide a deposit to reserve their spot in a course, and full payment for healing sessions.

This policy helps me to deliver high-quality service while ensuring fairness and equity for all. I understand that life can be unpredictable, but my policies are designed to protect my time and effort.

To reserve your place in a course, you must pay a non-refundable deposit. You can transfer this deposit to another course within a maximum of 6 months, but it is not refundable under any circumstances.

You must pay the balance of the course fee at least two weeks before the course start date. Once you pay the balance, you cannot get a refund but you can use it for another course within a maximum of 6 months after payment.

Changes can only be made once and are subject to availability.

If you reschedule your course and do not attend the new date, you will forfeit the fee and receive no refund.

When booking a healing session with me, you must pay the full price upfront at the time of booking. To ensure that I can accommodate your session, payment must be received at least one week prior to the scheduled date.

While I do not accept cancellations for healing sessions, you are allowed to modify the session date up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

If you fail to modify the session before the 48-hour window or do not show up for the scheduled session, I will have to forfeit the full price of the session, and no refund will be given.

As the founder and teacher of MySpiritBook Healing School registered in France, I reserve the right to cancel or postpone any courses, workshops, retreats, healing sessions, guided meditations, or events at my sole discretion.

If an event is canceled or postponed, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it within twelve (12) months from its original start date.

If I choose not to reschedule a canceled event, I will offer a refund. I am not responsible for any fees, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses that the registrant may incur due to trip cancellations or changes.

To request a refund or credit change, please contact me within thirty (30) days.

I reserve the right to refuse attendance to anyone or any group who I deem inappropriate, or who may have medical or mental conditions that make attending my courses or retreats unsuitable. Refunds will be offered to those who are refused admission.

As the founder of MySpiritBook Healing School, I may modify the dates and locations of courses without prior notice. Furthermore, I reserve the right to replace any instructor for any course or event without prior notice.

I offer discounts on courses that are non-transferable. Only courses that are currently priced at or above the same discount as the original purchase can be transferred to a discounted enrollment.

If the targeted course has a lower current discount than the original purchase, the individual will need to register for the targeted course at the currently available discount and pay the difference between the original discount and the current discount directly to me.

I may change my cancellation policy at any time without notice. It’s important to review it regularly to stay informed.
