A journey of self-love

Signature course

This course has no prerequisite

Suitable for absolute beginners to energetically experienced practitioners.

Reiki is used as a complementary alternative therapy to traditional medicine to support the body’s natural healing process.

Reiki practitioners use their hands to channel this life force energy and direct it to the patient’s body in order to promote relaxation, balance, and healing.

Everyone can learn it, all you need is an open mind and heart.

What is Reiki

Reiki is a powerful healing energy and technique and it is based on the principle that energy flows through the body, and if the energy is blocked or stagnant, it can lead to physical and emotional problems.

Reiki operates by clearing any blockages and restoring balance to the subtle bodies, chakras, and meridians. It promotes healing by channeling energy through the hands of a practitioner.

Reiki has the ability to harmonize and rejuvenate all aspects of one’s being, including the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual realms. If you are interested in embarking on a journey of self-healing, Reiki might be just what you need.

You can take a Reiki Course for many different reasons, including:

  • For personal growth and self-improvement

  • To enhance your current practice

  • To offer healing sessions to your family and friends

  • To improve sleep quality and alleviate insomnia

  • To help manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression

  • To become a professional Reiki Practitioner

Dr. Mikao Usui

The founder of the method

He was a Japanese Buddhist monk and teacher who is credited with the development of the healing system known as Reiki.

Usui was interested in the spiritual practices of different cultures and spent many years studying various healing and meditation practices.

He embarked on a quest to rediscover the ancient healing methods used by the Buddha and Jesus, and in the process, he experienced a spiritual awakening on Mount Kurama in 1922. This experience led him to develop the system of healing he called Reiki.

Usui spent the rest of his life teaching and practicing Reiki, and he established the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai organization to continue his teachings after his death in 1926.

Today, Dr. Mikao Usui is widely regarded as the founder of Reiki, and his teachings continue to be used and adapted by Reiki practitioners around the world.

Reiki systems and levels

There are well over 300 types of Reiki systems, most of which have a Usui foundation but mix the initiation and exercises with other channeled energy. Examples include Karuna Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, Violet Flame Reiki, Angelic Reiki, and Shamballa Reiki.

In 2003, my master initiated me into the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki System, which describes the original teachings of Mikao Usui. My courses and initiations follow this traditional system.

The benefits of Reiki Healing

While Reiki has been shown to provide numerous benefits to those who practice and receive it, it’s important to note that it should not be used as a replacement for Western medicine. Rather, it should be seen as a complementary therapy that can work alongside conventional treatments to provide even greater benefits for the patient.

Reiki is known for its ability to reduce stress and anxiety. During a Reiki session, the patient can relax and release tension or worry. This can help to reduce the production of stress hormones and promote a sense of calm and relaxation.

Reiki is effective in relieving pain and physical symptoms. It can help to reduce inflammation, promote circulation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki can benefit people with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, or other chronic health conditions.

Reiki can also be beneficial for emotional healing. It can help to release negative emotions and promote positivity and well-being. Reiki can be helpful for somebody who has experienced trauma, anxiety, or depression.

Reiki can also help to boost the immune system. By promoting relaxation and reducing stress, Reiki can help to strengthen the body’s natural defenses against illness and disease.

Reiki can also improve sleep quality. By promoting relaxation and reducing stress, Reiki can help to improve the quality of sleep and promote feelings of restfulness and rejuvenation.
