Ends: March 2, 2018 (Friday) – 1st 10 Million Multiplier Day
Venue: Your Home
Facebook Invitation

If you received this invitation too late, don’t worry, just start doing it.

Gratitude is the simplest thing you can do to be happier every day. These exercises prime your brain to take action and see opportunity. It also forces you to simplify and see how you can make today great.

Practice

Each day – preferably before going to bed – write down on a peace of paper or in a notebook (gratitude journal) 5 things you experienced during your day for which you are grateful.

You might not buy big things every day so focusing on people to whom you are grateful might be more benefical.

Studies have traced a range of impressive benefits to the simple act of writing down the things for which we’re grateful.

Place your note in your palms, close your eyes and feel a deep feeling of gratitude. At the beginning you might not feel anything special, but with time you’ll see and feel the benefit of this powerful practice.

You can listen to this music, it helped me a lot to open my heart chakra during the gratitude practice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUlcMJjboEo

If you write 5 things today, your subconscious mind will expect another 5 things tomorrow. So when you get up tomorrow, during your day, your subconscious mind will keep trying to attract new things into your life for which you can be grateful. Actually it’s all about energy, the energy will open your eyes to see more beauty in life.

Avoid repeating the same things. This will make writing in the journal more challenging as time goes on, but that’s how your awareness and thankfulness will grow. You’ll be challenging yourself to find new things to be thankful for that perhaps you never noticed before.

I’m grateful TODAY

1. for a guy who opened the door for me at the supermarket. I had a lot of bags in my hands, so it was quite surprising and very helpful.

2. that I had the opportunity to drink a cup of tea with a friend in a Parisian tea salon. It’s so good to have friends in my life!

3. that I called my mom and she is doing fantastic.

4. that a lot of people joined our meditation class, everybody was so open and shared his/her experience with the group.

5. that I found a nice article about crystals on the internet.

“Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.” Brian Tracy

A few minutes a day being thankful and grateful for things that we are all guilty of taking for granted can have a lasting effect on our moods and help us become more positive rather than dwelling on the things we don’t have or can’t change.

Invite your friends, family members. If you do this exercise with other members of a group, it can be even more powerful.
